Lexicon interview with Daniel Cudmore

Twilight Lexicon had the chance to interview Daniel Cudmore, who plays Felix in The Twilight Saga; New Moon.

How did you prepare for the role of Felix? Did you focus on a specific trait or idea as you prepared? You have talked about building back story for Felix. Can you give us some insight into that process and how you translated that to your scenes?
I definitely worked on this character for a while, I really liked his animalistic side and how good he is at what he does. I also worked out that his rage comes from jealousy, not having a power like the rest in the coven and Aro’s fascination with Edward fuels it even more. It was a fun character to play.

    em…i dunno wat to make of this fight scene! like i understand that they mite have to add things to make it more exciting but im wondering where this fight is gonna be placed!! like would it be in the alley way when hes protecting Bella and then Jane couldve come and stopped it or would it just be one of Alices visions that shes explaining to Bella on the plane or what?? i dunno, but im sure they wouldnt put it in if it ruins it!! and im taking comfort in the fact that all the cast have said they love the script better than the last one!! so it can only make the film better!! and we have to remember that there are ppl out there who havent read the books and are just watching the films like i was with the HP films, b4 i got into reading books!! i dunno!! :twisted: i just cant wait!! watever the film turns out like im sure ill love it!! im just not going to read New Moon close to when it comes out cuz that ruins it i think cuz i was reading the 5th HP book on the way to cinema!!lol. and it ruined the film for me cuz it was SO different!! so id rather forget things than have them fresh in my mind and then not like the film!!!! i cant wait!! EEEKK!!!!!
